The Construction Management Division provides total field service to the client including construction contract administration, inspection, assisting in negotiations with contractors on cost and schedule change requests, reviewing, analyzing and making recommendations on contractor's claims and construction certifications for payment.  The objective of our Construction Management Division is to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and in conformance with the contract documents.
