The Planning Division takes a project from conception to implementation, providing a wide range of planning services.  The staff considers the big picture, while also utilizing experience and expertise to understand specific project details to maximize opportunities and mitigate constraints.  The Division has successfully executed land use analysis, feasibility studies, design programming analysis and reports, master plans and public participation programs for federal, state, county and private clients.  The staff has extensive experience in obtaining planning and environmental permits from federal, state and county agencies and offers highly efficient and responsive support.
